Indian Peaks is north of downtown Louisville, CO. It is on the north-west corner of the town of Lafayette. Indian Peaks is divided up into subdivisions:

• Indian Peaks-15 in the north-west corner (Boulder schools)
• Indian Peaks South is south of Baseline, west of Roser Drive.
• Indian Peaks 17 is south of Baseline, just west of Courtesy Road and east of Roser Dr.
• Indian Peaks 5 is south of Baseline and east of Courtesy Road.
• Indian Peaks 11 is north of Baseline and east of Courtesy Road.

Indian Peaks were developed from the 1990's onwards. Many of the higher end homes border the Indian Peaks golf course.

Indian Peaks - 15 in the north-west corner (north of Baseline, west of 95th) are luxury homes. Many of these homes have 3 car garages, border the Indian Peaks golf course, and have decent sized yards. Some also have views of the mountains out west as the area is built up on a hill. This is a very quiet neighborhood with no through streets as the golf course surrounds the neighborhood.
The special aspect of this neighborhood is that the kids go to Boulder schools of Douglass and Platt, whereas the other Indian Peaks neighborhoods attend schools within Lafayette (Lafayette and Angevine).

Indian Peaks area north of Baseline and east of 95th are also quite luxurious. Many of these homes also border the Indian Peaks Golf Course. One of the larger remodeled homes sold for over $6 million.

Smaller sized lots can be found east of Roser Drive, with about .06 acres. These typically have 3 bedrooms upstairs and a 4th in the basement (if finished). Most have a front deck and some have flagstone patio space along one side of the home. These don't really have a yard other than the deck and small patio spaces. Many of these face the open space water rentention area just west of Courtesy Road. These homes can hear the traffic streaming along Courtesy Road.

Indian Peaks South homes contribute to an HOA that maintains the community pool and clubhouse. The homes west of Roser Drive typically have back yards. Many of these homes average .11 acres but some can be smaller at .09 acres with limited yard space.

Most of the neighborhoods throughout the Indian Peaks subdivisions are active and host food trucks and other community events throughout the year.
