- PorchFest is celebrated every fall where musicians play music on the historic front porches of homes all around Mapleton Hill.
Guests can stroll along the neighborhood and perch on lawns and sidewalks to listen to various artists throughout the day.
Food trucks can be found as well to make for a great relaxing Saturday! - The oldest home in Boulder is located in Mapleton Hill : The Squires-Tourtellot house at 1019 Spruce Street, built in 1865.
- One home was nicknamed "The Wedding Cake House" due to the three dozen white columns found on the exterior.

The number of days on the market for home sales in Mapleton Hill tend to be a bit longer than the rest of Boulder County due to the higher prices of many of the homes (over $2m).
