University Hill is located in the central area of the city of Boulder, Colorado.
University Hill is just west of the CU-Boulder campus and just south of downtown Boulder. This area, nicknamed "The Hill", is typically known as where many students live, as campus is across the street. There are many condo complexes, as well as large old homes converted into several apartments.
University Hill is super conveniently located near everything: CU campus, downtown, and the trails along the foothills. There are many restaurants and shops.
